PLANNING DEPARTMENT Functions: •  Reviewing and updating Authority Strategic plan, preparation of the Authority's Annual plans and preparation of forward budgets •  Responsible for project planning and Management through identification and management of project implementation process •  Monitoring and Evaluating Authority's projects development and maintenance of the regional database. •  Formulation of project proposals for funding by Donors and other NGO's •  Provision of Library and documentation services. •  Carrying out pre-feasibility studies. •  Representing the Authority in built DDC's and DEC's meetings in the region.
