LEGAL AND SECRETARIAT DEPARTMENT Functions   •  Provision of secretarial services to the Authority & its Committees •  Responsible for follow up actions of the Authority and its committee decisions •  Advising the management on the legal matters including preparation of Agreements & related documents and keeping custody of such documents •  Participation in negotiation with Donor Agencies and other stakeholders
