BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT Functions: •  Responsible for planning, co-ordination and implementation of business and Marketing Development strategies for the Authority. •  Responsible for formulation of business and marketing policies and strategies. •  Responsible for establishing Regional Marketing information system equipped with information and data and marketing avenues. •  Ensuring that the Authority Business and marketing products conform to regional, national and international standards. •  Explores potential markets &business option for the authority products. •  Co-ordinates & plans research studies focusing on marketing infrastructural. •  Co-ordinating with relevant international technical committees in the formulation of marketing & pricing option policies & programmes. •  Development of packaging & storage facilities & branding of Authority products.
