INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT Functions •  Establishing adequate internal controls & checks with regard to the Authority financial transactions •  Formulation & implementation of audit programmes with a view of ensuring strict adherence to established policies and procures •  Handling of External audit queries & giving the appropriate advice •  Investigation of financial fraud where appropriate
